The documents pouch is fixed to the outside of the sealed carton, so the receiving lab reads it before anything is unpacked, and the crate is stencilled for handling by a freight crew.

1. The verification run The chromatogram from the actual unit. Retention times, transitions, signal-to-noise.
2. The calibration record NIST-traceable calibration available on request.
3. The documents pouch Clear, red-printed, fixed outside the sealed carton rather than inside the packing.
4. Handling marks Fragile, calibrated instrument and this way up, placed where a freight crew will look.
5. The calibration seal A round seal over the carton seam that doubles as a tamper indicator.
